Shanghai is easily reached by air service at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA).Both of them are top air hubs in China, with Pudong operating most international flights to/from Shanghai and Hongqiao operating most domestic flights. Train

Shanghai is the gathering point of many major high speed rail lines; therefore it has convenient train services for tourists to many destinations throughout China, including trains to/from Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Guilin, Huangshan,  and Shenzhen.

They are operated at four main railway stations: Shanghai Railway Station, South Railway Station, West Railway Station and Hongqiao Railway Station.

Shanghai Railway Station  Located at 303 of Moling Road in Zhabei District, Shanghai Train Station is an integrated station which provides all kinds of scheduled trains to large numbers of cities inland, such as Beijing, Xi'an, Chengdu, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Harbin.  It also serves the through trains to Hong Kong, overnight sleeper trains to Beijing and overnight sleepers to Xi'an.

Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station Hongqiao Railway Station is a large-scale, multi-functional, integrated rail hub with advanced facilities and the high level of modernization. It serves high speed trains plus connections to flights, subways, city buses, coaches and taxis. Currently, this station mainly serves bullet trains to Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Fuzhou, Wenzhou, Nanchang, Xiamen, Beijing and several other cities over China.

Shanghai South Railway Station  It is the southern gate of the city which is connecting with the Pearl River Delta and other areas in southern China. Trains from there mainly leave for Guiyang, Changsha, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Nanchang, and other cities. Additionally, there are many scheduled intercity trains running from this station to Jinshan District.

Shanghai West Railway Station  Although the smallest one of the four stations, the West Station is a modern transportation hub serving for high speed trains, the city metro, and the city bus. It . High speed trains passing through the West Station including those to/from Nanjing, Suzhou, Changzhou, Danyang, Huishan, Hefei, and Wuxi.

City Transportation

Metro

Shanghai Metro is a rapid transit rail network that provides an easy and inexpensive way to move around the city. One can get off at zhuguanglu station of line 17 or xujingdong station of line 2 to get to the necc. 

Taxi

Are a flexible option to get from one point to another. Simply hail one from the road! In addition, DiDi is another easy option to take. It can be easily accessed through its application. This can be obtained by downloading the application from for iOS or for Android.

Bus

Shanghai has the world's most extensive bus network, including the world's oldest continuously operating trolleybus system.Bus fares generally cost CN¥2 (US$0.32).

Bicycle lanes

Are common in Shanghai, separating non-motorized traffic from car traffic on most surface streets. However, on some main roads, including all expressways, bicycles and motorcycles are banned.
